Scatter Lab

What is Scatter Lab?

Scatter Lab is a South Korean AI entertainment company based in Seoul. Its main product, Zeta, launched April 1, 2024 as an AI-native entertainment app where users co-create stories with AI characters in real time.

Key capabilities of Scatter Lab

• AI characters: chat and storytelling with AI characters
• Co-created stories: user acts as protagonist and co-creator
• Spotwrite-1: proprietary model tuned for entertainment value
• Free tier: ad-supported free use
• Subscription: paid tier for an ad-free experience
• Multimodal roadmap: images, voice, video and XR planned

How Scatter Lab works

Users open Zeta and talk to AI characters that respond in real time, building their own narrative. The vendor says Spotwrite-1 is optimized for entertainment value and engagement rather than accuracy.
