How Kea works

Kea connects to the POS in about 15 minutes, with setup claimed at around 30 minutes. When a customer calls, the voice agent takes the order, enforces menu rules, collects payment and writes the ticket into the POS. Operators update menus and FAQs from a mobile app, and bulk editing supports 50+ locations.
