Customers.ai

What is Customers.ai?

Customers.ai is a website visitor identity and audience platform for e-commerce brands that use Klaviyo. It resolves anonymous visitors into profiles and feeds them to marketing tools.

Key capabilities of Customers.ai

• X-Ray identity engine: First-party identity resolution with variable signal fidelity.
• Alfred AI audience agent: Automates segmentation and predictive revenue analytics.
• Super CAPI: Server-side Meta Ads tracking that bypasses ad blockers and iOS limits.
• Inboxer: Email deliverability solution.
• Inbox optimization: Part of the Alfred agent.
• Migration support: Help moving from competing tools.

How Customers.ai works

The X-Ray identity engine matches website visitors to profiles and syncs them to Klaviyo. Alfred then segments the audience and forecasts revenue, while Super CAPI sends conversion events to Meta server-side. Paid plans include one-to-one onboarding and setup.

Who uses Customers.ai?

Customers.ai is built for e-commerce and agency marketers running Klaviyo. Agencies are directed to contact sales for custom rates.

Customers.ai pricing

Pricing is usage-based and calculated on total Klaviyo profiles, including suppressed and unsubscribed contacts. A pricing calculator is on the site. Inboxer was offered as a $99 lifetime deal for a limited time.

Customers.ai alternatives

Alternatives include RB2B, which identifies website visitors, Retention.com, which focuses on visitor identification for email, and Klaviyo, which has its own segmentation tools.
