Open Thai LLMs, OCR and speech models from SCB 10X

Typhoon is a Thai AI research lab and model family from SCB 10X, also referenced as SCB DataX. It advances open-source large language models and multimodal Thai language technologies.
Developers try models in the web playground or call the Typhoon API, and can also download open models from HuggingFace and GitHub. Rate limits apply, for example third-party-indexed docs list 5 requests per second and 200 per minute for the 2.5 30B instruct model, and 20 per minute for OCR.
