Skillate

What is Skillate?

Skillate is an AI-based recruitment platform that works as a fully fledged applicant tracking system (ATS). It uses AI to match resumes, screen candidates and automate scheduling.

Key capabilities of Skillate

• AI matching engine: Automated resume-to-job matching
• Resume parser: Deep learning extraction from complex resumes
• Chatbot screening: Converts passive profiles to active candidates
• Auto interview scheduler: Automates scheduling and rescheduling
• JD assistant: Writes job descriptions with AI help
• Analytics dashboard: Data on the recruitment process
• ATS integration: Works with SuccessFactors, Taleo and Workday

How Skillate works

Recruiters post a job, optionally drafted with the JD assistant. Resumes are parsed with deep learning and ranked by the matching engine, a chatbot screens candidates, and the scheduler books interviews. It can integrate with systems such as SuccessFactors, Taleo and Workday. Case studies cite a 50% reduction in manual screening time.

Who uses Skillate?

Skillate is used by recruiters and hiring managers at companies that want to reduce time to hire. One customer reported hiring time falling by 60%, and the vendor cites a 95% retention rate.

Skillate pricing

Skillate does not publish prices on its site and provides quotes on request.

Skillate alternatives

Alternatives include Paradox and HireVue, which automate candidate conversations and interviews, Sapia.ai for chat interviews, and Ribbon. Skillate combines an ATS with AI matching.
