Joveo

What is Joveo?

Joveo is an AI-led recruitment marketing platform founded in 2017. Its MOJO (Machine Optimized Jobs) product uses data science and machine learning to place and optimize job advertising so employers reach more qualified candidates for less spend.

Key capabilities of Joveo

• MOJO Pro: Transparent programmatic job advertising; the vendor cites 33%+ more great-fit candidates and 25%+ lower cost per application
• MOJO Social: Targets passive candidates across social media, search engines and online ads
• MOJO Career Sites: Builds employer career websites
• MOJO Apply: Optimizes the application process
• MOJO Engage: CRM for nurturing candidate relationships
• Unified analytics: Connects ad spend to applies, screening and hires

How Joveo works

Employers connect their job feeds, often from an applicant tracking system, and MOJO uses machine learning to allocate budget across job boards, social and search to maximize qualified applications. Joveo pairs the programmatic exchange with full-funnel optimization so spend can be traced through applies, screening and hires. A Workday Design Approved integration supports Workday Recruiting clients.

Who uses Joveo?

Joveo serves enterprise talent acquisition and recruitment marketing teams, and staffing agencies, that run high-volume hiring and want transparent control over job ad budgets. More than 35 Workday Recruiting clients use it for job advertising.
