Salesforce Agentforce is a platform for building and deploying autonomous AI agents that act across service, sales, marketing and commerce. The agents are grounded in Salesforce CRM and business data.
Admins build agents in the Salesforce builder and ground them in CRM and Data Cloud data. Agents then take actions in service, sales and other flows. Usage is metered in conversations or Flex Credits, which the Digital Wallet tracks in real time, with threshold alerts.
Salesforce customers deploying agents for support, sales and commerce use Agentforce. Employee-facing deployments can use per-user licenses.
Salesforce lists $2 per conversation, or Flex Credits at $500 per 100k credits, where a standard action costs 20 credits and a voice action 30. An Agentforce User License is $5 per user per month, and a free Foundations tier exists.
Clari focuses on revenue forecasting, Regie.ai on sales content and outreach, and 11x on autonomous sales development agents. Agentforce is native to Salesforce CRM data.
