XOR

What is XOR?

XOR is an AI recruiting platform that automates candidate engagement for high-volume and staffing recruiters. It combines chatbots, text recruiting, screening, interview scheduling and video interviewing.

Key capabilities of XOR

• AI chatbots: Automated candidate engagement and Q and A
• Text recruiting: Candidate communication by text message
• Screening automation: AI review of resumes and applications
• Interview scheduling: Automatic calendar management
• Video interviewing: Remote interviews inside the platform
• Virtual career fairs: Online recruitment events
• AI sourcing: Finds candidates not on standard job boards
• Multilingual support: 100+ languages

How XOR works

Candidates engage through chat or text, and the AI screens them and answers questions. Qualified candidates are scheduled with recruiters automatically, and video interviews can be run in the platform. XOR also offers a fully automated mode, which it claims delivers blue-collar hires for $500 per hire within 5 days.

Who uses XOR?

High-volume and staffing recruiters. Customers named by XOR include ExxonMobil, IKEA, Mars, Manpower and UC Davis.

XOR pricing

XOR does not publish plan prices. Contact the vendor for a quote. The $500 per hire figure is a vendor performance claim for its fully automated service.

XOR alternatives

Alternatives include Paradox for conversational hiring, HireVue for video interviews and assessments and Sapia.ai for chat-based interviews. XOR emphasizes text recruiting for hourly hiring.
