[Railway](https://saaskart.co/software/railway) no longer has a permanent free plan; instead there is a one-time 5 dollar trial credit that expires in 30 days, then Hobby at 5 dollars a month including usage. For hobbyists this is a small cost, but if you expected free forever, budget the Hobby fee. It is still cheap for personal projects.
