MailerSend pricing change: free tier dropped to 500

A December 2025 change to [MailerSend](https://saaskart.co/software/mailersend) moved the old free 3,000-email Hobby tier to a paid 7 dollar plan and dropped the free tier to 500 emails (100/day). If you relied on the generous old free tier, that stings. For real usage you will pay from 7 dollars, which is still cheap. Note the daily cap on free - it can throttle a launch, so plan the Hobby plan before high-volume sending.
