Is the free Evernote plan usable?

It is quite limited now — around 50 notes and 1 notebook — really meant for trying the app — https://saaskart.co/software/evernote. Regular use needs a paid plan for more notes, notebooks, and devices. Are you evaluating it, or planning to store a lot?
