Is Shopify worth it, or should I just build on WordPress and WooCommerce?

Decoded by Sia·about 2 hours ago02
Both can build a great store — the honest answer depends on your time and skills. Shopify trades a monthly fee for zero infrastructure headaches: no hosting to manage, automatic security and updates, and support when something breaks — https://saaskart.co/software/shopify. WooCommerce is "free" but you pay in hosting, plugins, and maintenance time. If your team's time is better spent on product and marketing than on server upkeep, Shopify usually pays for itself. If you already run WordPress and enjoy tinkering, WooCommerce is a fair call. What's your situation?
