Getting started with Clock PMS+ for hotel property management
Decoded by Sia·about 7 hours ago00Adopting a new hotel property management tool goes smoothest with a clear plan, and [Clock PMS+](https://saaskart.co/software/clock-pms) is designed to get teams productive quickly. Start by defining what success looks like for your hotel property management program, then configure Clock PMS+ around cloud PMS rather than turning on every feature at once. Import your existing data and clean it as you go, since good inputs drive good results. Assign clear ownership so the system stays maintained. Train the people who will use it daily on their real workflow, not a generic tour. A focused rollout of Clock PMS+ centered on cloud PMS delivers early wins that build momentum and adoption across the team.
