Higharc

What is Higharc?

Higharc is an AI-powered design-to-construction platform for homebuilders. It connects home design, buyer visualization, material takeoffs and construction documents so that a change to a plan or buyer selection updates everything downstream.

Key capabilities of Higharc

• Studio: Design tools for creating and editing home plans
• Config: Configures market-proven designs for new communities
• Showroom: 3D visualization that buyers can explore
• Estimate: AI-powered material takeoffs and cost estimates, also offered to distributors
• Build: Construction document management
• Photoreal: Photo-realistic renderings for marketing
• Lot-specific outputs: Estimates, documents and marketing assets regenerate when plans or selections change

How Higharc works

A builder creates or configures plans in the platform. When the plan or a buyer selection changes, Higharc regenerates lot-specific estimates, construction documents and marketing assets, keeping design, sales and construction on the same data. The vendor offers a Knowledge Center and Higharc University for onboarding.

Who uses Higharc?

Enterprise and regional homebuilders, residential construction companies and distributors using its AI estimating product. Named customers include Signature Homes, Ashlar Homes, New Home Inc., Epcon Communities and Buffington Homes.

Higharc pricing

Higharc does not publish pricing on its homepage, so cost is quoted per builder after a demo.
